At the last International Forum on ANSI Standards Technology (IFAST) meeting, the membership approved the implementation of an IRM fee structure. Per this structure, there will be a one-time IRM Application Fee (per IRM) of $175US and an annual IRM Maintenance Fee (per assigned or reserved IRM) of the same amount. This fee structure is effective immediately.

According to our records, your company currently has assigned or reserved IRMs. Please see attached sheet for detailed list of IRMs and payment form. Consistent with the fee structure outlined above, your company’s Maintenance Fee for October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 is $ US. Per the guidelines set forth at the most recent IFAST meeting, we kindly request that you remit payment within 60 days. If payment is not received, the assigned or reserved IRM is subject to reassignment to another entity. You are encouraged to review your inventory of assignments and to return for reassignment any IRMs no longer required.
