Due to the sensitive nature of the information in this file, an evaluation file is not available for download.
The names of the columns in this file, and some of the descriptions, changed in April, 2014. However, the order and purpose of fields was not changed.
This .CSV file contains one record for each contact and company of IFAST, such as wireless operators, service providers, equipment vendors and regulators. This information is only provided for the purposes of legitimate business communications.

| C: Company street | The company street address. |
| D: Company city | The name of the city of the company. |

| F: Company post code | Zip or Postal code for the company. |
| G: Company country | Country of the company. |
| H: Company phone number | The main phone number for the company. |
| I: Company fax number | The main fax number for the company. |
| J: Company email | The main email address for the company. |
| K: Company URL | The web address for the company. |
| L: Frequency | The frequency bands used by the company. |
| M: RF Technology | The radio technology used by the company. |
| N: MCC | The E.212 Mobile Country Code for the company. |
| O: MNC | The E.212 Mobile Network Code for the company. |
| P: Membership | Describes the category of IFAST membership. |
| Q: Membership expiry | Expiration date of a membership: mm/dd/yyyy. |
| R: Reserved | Reserved for future use. |
| S: Reserved | Reserved for future use. |

| AO: Regulator | '1' if this person represents a regulatory agency. |
| AP: License contact | '1' if this person is the contact for licensing purposes. |
| AQ: Main invoice contact | '1' if this person is the recipient of invoices for their company. |
| AR: Invoice cc | '1' if this person should be cc'd on invoices. |
| AS: Roaming contact | '1' if this person is a contact for roaming issues. |
| AT: Other contact | '1' if this person is a type of contact not listed above. |
