IRM codes for which maintenance fees would be owing within 60 days of this date are indicated by a single dollar sign ($). IRM's for which maintenance fees are up to 6 months overdue are shown as 'Owing'. Those for which fees are more than 6 months overdue are shown as 'Being Reclaimed'.
Records are shown in different colors to indicate different statuses. Dark red indicates records that have expired and are in danger of being reclaimed. Dark Magenta indicates records that are in transition from one status to another. Dark Orange indicates records that will expire soon. And Dark Blue indicates records that are in a stable state (such as assigned, with maintenance fees up to date).
